How to prepare matcha

Sift 1–2 g of matcha into the bowl. Add a little hot, non-boiling water and whisk briskly in a W motion. Add water, milk or a plant-based drink to taste.

Care

Gently wash the tools by hand. Rinse the bamboo whisk after use and leave it to air-dry completely on its holder. Only put the parts away when dry.
