Grünmoment – Shipping policy (Switzerland)

Delivery area
Orders are currently intended only for delivery to an address in Switzerland. Other countries are not enabled for sales.

Direct shipping and separate parcels
Our partners ship products directly. An order containing items from different partners may arrive in separate parcels at different times. Grünmoment remains your contact for order, delivery and complaint questions.

Shipping charges
The Shopify profile for Raw Elements currently has a rate of EUR 7.95 for the shipping zone that includes Switzerland. The rate configured for the three Mother Earth Wellness Co. products is EUR 12.50. The profile for the HomeinFun iced matcha glass has a free shipping rate. Shopify converts these rates into CHF for Swiss checkout. Charges from different shipping profiles can be combined. The actual shipping amount is shown before you place a paid order. Supplier rates and exchange rates can change, so check the amount displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times
Times provided by the partners are estimates, not guaranteed dates: Raw Elements indicates about six business days to Switzerland, Mother Earth Wellness Co. about three to five business days, and HomeinFun about eight to fourteen business days. Transport or customs delays are possible.

Import charges
Responsibility for any import tax, customs duty and clearance fees has not yet been confirmed for each shipping route. This information will be checked and completed before the store opens to the public. Until then, the store remains password protected.

Tracking and delivery problems
Where the shipping partner provides tracking, shipping information is sent by email. If a delivery is missing, damaged or incomplete, please contact us through the contact page with your order number.
