Grünmoment – Terms and Conditions (deliveries within Switzerland)

1. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed by private customers in the Grünmoment online store for delivery to an address in Switzerland. Contact options are available on our contact page. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and contents
The product description, selected variant and expressly stated contents on the product page at the time of ordering determine what is included. Drinks, decorations and accessories shown in images are included only when expressly listed. Please read the food information on the product page and packaging.

3. Orders
You select products and check your cart, delivery address and payment details. You can correct entries before completing your binding order. You receive an electronic confirmation after placing the order. If an item shown as available cannot be supplied, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for that item.

4. Prices and payment
Product prices are stated in Swiss francs. Shipping charges are shown separately and displayed at checkout before you complete the order. The payment methods shown at checkout apply.

5. Delivery
The currently enabled sales region is Switzerland. Our partners may ship products directly and in separate parcels. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The applicable information is set out in the shipping policy.

6. Cancellations and returns
Please contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. This may no longer be possible once processing or shipping has begun. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind. The separate returns policy explains how to report damaged, incorrect or defective goods. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Complaints
Please report visible damage or an incorrect delivery promptly through the contact page, including your order number and a description. Photos may help us investigate. This request does not limit your statutory rights regarding defects. Do not send goods to a supplier address printed on the parcel without contacting us first.

8. Contact and privacy
For order questions, use the contact form or the email address shown in the store. The privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. Swiss law applies, subject to any overriding mandatory provisions.
