What's included

• Hojicha powder: choose 50 g or 100 g
• One bamboo whisk (chasen)
• One bamboo scoop (chashaku)

Bowl, glass and milk are not included. Prepared drinks are serving suggestions.

Ingredients & preparation

100% hojicha powder (Camellia sinensis, roasted). Naturally contains caffeine. Sift around 2 g and whisk with 80–90 ml of water at 80–90 °C. Add milk or a plant-based drink for a latte; also enjoy over ice.

Storage & care

Store the powder cool, dry and away from light. Seal well after opening. Rinse bamboo tools with water after use and allow to air-dry completely. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
