How to use

Place the probe in the water without touching the bottom of the vessel and wait for a stable reading. Follow the temperature recommendation for your matcha powder.

This thermometer measures temperature; it does not heat water or control a heater. Keep the display housing dry. According to the supplier, do not measure while an induction hob is operating, as this may interfere with the reading.
