How to use the whisk

Before preparing your matcha, place the whisk in warm water for a moment. Whisk sifted matcha and warm water quickly until smooth, using M- or W-shaped motions. Do not press the whisk firmly against the bottom of the bowl.

Care

After use, gently rinse with warm water and allow to air-dry completely, ideally on a suitable whisk holder. Do not soak for extended periods or put in the dishwasher.
