Your vanilla matcha latte

Sift 1–2 g of powder into a bowl and whisk it smooth with about 80 ml of hot water at 70–80 °C. Froth it up and add milk or a plant-based milk alternative to taste. For the iced version, pour the prepared matcha over ice.
